Child Protection

You should make a report to Child Protection if you have formed a reasonable belief that a child has suffered or is likely to suffer significant harm as a result of abuse or neglect and their parent has not or is unlikely to protect them from harm of that type.

Community Connections is focused on improving outcomes for young people transitioning from care to supported independence. We are contracted by the Department to deliver the Community Connections service offer featured in the Better Futures model with the aim to build networks of supportive relationships for young people in their local community. This includes community engagement and capacity building, place-based partnership approaches and mentoring.
